Why doesn't my shower hose fit the Super Soft Shower Head?
The Super Soft Shower comes fitted with a protective plastic screw cap. This needs to be removed before fitting.

Are these Shower Heads compatible with electric showers?
Our showerheads are compatible with majority of electric shower units (we use a Triton electric to do our testing on in our design & development centre), however there is a select range in which the showerheads are not compatible. For this small minority, we have a rubberised disc, which has slightly larger holes so the water can flow through at a faster rate. When placing your order, please request this and we can send it with your unit free of charge!
